If anyone happens to know anything about Mr. DeWorken or where his site

 Please assign percentages, ranging from 0% (utterly and wholly
impossible) to 100% (undeniable certainty) regarding your opinion of the
chances of the following scenarios actually occurring by the end of
2025 (please round to the nearest tenth of a percent):

1. An NCAA Division I team scoring 100 or more points in a game.

2. A defensive (not 2-way) player winning the Heisman.

3. Florida State having a losing season.

4. A widely-accepted playoff system being implemented.

5. A wishbone team winning the MNC.

6. NCAA instant replay.

7. Army, Navy or Air Force in a BCS bowl game.

8. The same university winning the MNC and the NCAA basketball
tournament in the same school year.  (Bonus:  who are the most probable
candidates?)

9. A Heisman-winning underclassman coming back the next season.

10. A MAC MNC.

11. A Kansas State or Wisconsin OOC opponent contending for the MNC.
